Weekly Billboards

Billboards are a weekly distribution of company news that are emailed out and put on display in each office. Our company news can be anything from celebrating work anniversaries, sharing educational workshops, or getting the news out about product updates and new hires.

Annual Expo

The Expo is a way to build interdepartmental appreciation and camaraderie in the workplace. It demonstrates possible career paths and aligns departments for increased growth and retention. Employees can deliver 1-on-1 pitches about their roles to other employees.

Food for Thought

Employees get together for a lunchtime presentation with a featured speaker, one department at a time. These presentations are aired for the whole company so all employees can learn and ask questions.

You’re Thriving Award

A recognition shout out from co-workers for doing a great job.¬†These are featured in the weekly Billboards for 1 week for all to see. The process is extremely easy and it’s always nice to recognize someone’s hard work.

W.O.W (Work outside Wednesdays)

This is offered every Wednesday during the summer when the weather corporates. Getting work done in the fresh air with other coworkers can be just what someone needs.
