• Propel Marketing Launches Facebook Advertising and Event Tracking to Customer Dashboard

QUINCY, Mass. — (BUSINESS WIRE)–Propel Marketing announced today that its customers now have access to additional marketing metrics inside their Results by Propel Marketing (RPM) Dashboard. The dashboard, designed to easily track performance of digital marketing efforts, has been updated with new features, including Facebook Advertising and Offline Event Tracking.

The updates to the dashboard come on the heels of a successful launch of Facebook Advertising. “As one of Propel’s fastest-growing products, it is clear that more of our customers are gravitating towards social advertising,” says Kate Kelleher, Senior Director of Product at Propel Marketing. Kelleher adds, “It only makes sense that we offer simple, all-in-one access for them to view their Facebook reporting alongside their other campaign metrics.”

Through RPM, Facebook Advertising customers will be able to:

  • See conversion and reach data throughout the lifetime of their campaign
  • Identify top-performing ads and campaigns with comparative performance data
  • Monitor campaign pacing and spend

Customers will also find insights from their Facebook profile page allowing them to stay updated on their network growth by viewing their total number of Likes. This feature also allows a business to view key metrics about their network including audience demographics and segmenting, including gender and age.

The newly added My Events section will allow customers to bridge their offline events to their online activities. Because RPM integrates with Google Analytics, customers will be able to see whether or not their other marketing efforts such as newspaper ads, radio spots, public events, and other offline activities are causing an increase in their website traffic or sales call volume.

With a focus on leads and conversion metrics, RPM continues to provide clients with 24/7 access to their results. “By combining new metrics with the existing Search, Display, Web Analytics and Leads data, we deliver a more holistic view into the success of our customers’ campaigns,” said Kelleher.
