Sr. Manager, SaaS Sales

Thrivehive is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager,  SaaS Sales to lead and manage our SaaS inside sales team, channel and partner sales initiatives. Reporting to the GM of SaaS, you will own and drive revenue by optimizing our current sales processes within your team and driving strategies to develop and coach your team. You are a strategic and metrics driven leader with strong collaboration skills and the ability to promote a strong and effective sales culture. You will work closely with executive management, sales training, recruiting, marketing and product teams to enable further alignment between business goals and sales achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a sales team to meet monthly KPI’s goals, activity metrics and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement repeatable, predictable sales and operational processes
  • Possess exceptional working knowledge of inbound marketing and sales
  • Manage sales lead priorities with the existence of a product qualified (PQL) and content download marketing funnel
  • Ability to manage and excel at multiple priorities and directives
  • Manage training initiatives to optimize team performance and onboarding of new team members
  • Build and coach team of motivated learning sellers. You not only motivate individuals but also a team towards a collective vision
  • Must be a data driven leader that is comfortable being held accountable for performance

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years leading a consultative sales process with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Managed BDR/AE team with history of above quota achievement in SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify individual, team and organizational trends using various dashboards and reports
  • Must be able to build confidence and trust with team and direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
  • Must have prior experience staffing an organization with strong and lasting talent pools
  • Ability to work and excel in high growth mode
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, SalesLoft is desired
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
