Quality Assurance Lead Customer Success

ThriveHive is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead for our Customer Success team! Thrivehive is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment in an industry that is constantly evolving. Join our growing Customer Success Team where you will be responsible for ensuring all products are delivered with the highest level of quality, regularly communicate with both internal and external teams to review processes and feedback and play an integral role in customer journey.

 

      Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the quality assurance of our design related products – primarily Direct Email & Landing Pages.
  • Act as liaison between our internal CS teams and our Direct Email vendor.
  • Responsible for trouble shooting technical issues with email and landing pages with the assistance of vendors and internal product managers.
  • Manage training and updates on matters relating to QA process and products.

 

      Requirements / Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital advertising, design or a similar role
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve
  • Proven ability to multi-task and self-motivate
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
