Paid Media Campaign Manager

ThriveHive is seeking an entrepreneurial marketing enthusiast to serve as our newest Paid Media Campaign Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the continued success and optimization of our paid search and paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will embrace taking on simultaneous challenges in a fast-paced environment and have fun doing so. The right candidate for this position is a digital citizen with specific experience and a passion for online marketing, in particular social media.

You’ll work within the demand generation team will develop new campaigns, run ad tests, contribute to landing page improvements, manage bids and budgets, conduct analyses, provide reporting and help us grow our presence via Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads, Instagram and other paid channels. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.

• Manage, maintain and optimize our paid marketing campaigns
• Research keywords, write compelling ad copy and create new marketing campaigns
• Be responsible for paid marketing campaigns from end to end
• Set bids and budgets to meet our financial and growth goals
• Run ad campaigns via AdWords, Bing and key social media channels
• Develop new remarketing and retention strategies
• Assume responsibility for other paid channels including display and affiliate

• BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years paid media and marketing experience
• Familiar with data-driven, test & measure approach to marketing
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with a fun team
• Proactively bring creative solutions to existing programs and processes
• Comfortable in a flexible and fast-changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor
• Acts with a sense of urgency and is flexible
• Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Marketo, GA
