Oracle Administrator


  • Functional Administration of Oracle’s ERP Cloud – Fusion Financials software and database reporting? models
  • Contributes to the resolution of issues which may include software configuration (redesigns if necessary), database issues, and root cause analysis. Log SR’s with Oracle and 3rd party vendors
  • Update stakeholders regularly on the status of systems issues, maintenance, and fixes
  • Works directly with various departments and vendors to solve problems
  • Contributes to development of new system processes between Oracle and integrated systems and the flow of inbound and outbound data
  • Data management, Data reconciliation, Auditing, SOX tasks (e.g. separation of duties)
  • Testing new functionality pushed from Oracle Patches and future Releases of the software
  • Testing of customizations including interfaces and reports
  • Report & Dashboard Development
  • Develop or troubleshoot interfaces
  • Schedule system refreshes
  • Load data via Fusion Data Import tools
  • Security administration – create and assign roles
  • Schedule and monitor processes


Additional tasks as needed Required Skills:

  • Experience administering Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (2-3 years).
  • Intermediate level experience with SQL
  • Experience providing user support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience creating Oracle Financials reports
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and initiate change when needed
  • Desire to learn systems integrated with Oracle
  • Interest in additional training and certifications Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
  • Experience with Cloud Financial Reporting Studio, Cloud OBI and OTBI
