Employment Coordinator

ThriveHive is looking for a goal driven and team oriented employment coordinator to join our growing team in our Manchester NH office.  This person will assist the HR Manager with all administrative and support activities required in identifying, scheduling, tracking, administration and set up of candidates and new hires.  You will also assist in the day to day running of the office and will assist other managers with administrative support as needed.

In this role you will;

  • Schedule and track interviews
  • Coordinate schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Serve as point of contact with candidates during their interview process
  • Input data and track information on spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems
  • Manage multiple processes at the same time with multiple candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and associated documentation
  • Send out all applicable new hire paperwork and track completion of documentation for each hire
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires including equipment, paperwork, supplies etc.
  • Assist managers and employees in the office as needed

Requirements;

  • You must be SUPER organized
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities at the same time
  • Love working as part of a team and helping others
  • “No task too small” attitude
  • Intermediate office skills including email, managing spreadsheets and managing paperwork and processes
  • Helpful spirit and willingness to work hard
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility and focus
  • High School and some college preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in office management and/or Human Resources
