Email and Segmentation Campaign Manager

ThriveHive is seeking an entrepreneurial marketing enthusiast to serve as our Email and Segmentation Campaign Manager. This is a key role in developing and nurturing sales leads through email and other marketing channels that support ThriveHive’s brand objectives. This position will create and support a multi-faceted approach to provide relevant content and communication to new and existing customers based on our historical results and additional business data to create and optimize targeted and relevant prospect and customer segments. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will collaborate well within a cross-functional team to deliver results. (S)he will have experience with content and direct marketing, specifically email marketing, to create and measure B2B campaigns. This role reports directly to the VP, Marketing.

Responsibilities and expertise includes

  • Create new marketing tactics leveraging content marketing, lead nurture and other approaches to achieve specific business outcomes (qualified leads, conversions)

  • Leverage existing/historical and new data to identify, test, and refine segments for ThriveHive products and services

  • Create test design/versions/matrices for statistically significant outcomes

  • Leverage cross-functional team support to drive new revenue directly (lead forms) and through salespeople based on campaign success

  • Assist in building a marketing “engine” that drives more revenue and more customers, meeting or exceeding business targets

  • Assist the team as needed to complete marketing assignments on time and within budget

  • Create regular reports internally, for our sales teams, and leadership team, to demonstrate the incremental revenue achieved through marketing efforts


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Advertising. Masters Degree a plus, but not required

  • 3-5 years in agency, internal company B2B marketing or related field.

  • Working knowledge of both online and offline marketing channels

  • Expert in marketing analytics, with experience analyzing customer and prospect data to create actionable segments and deliver results

  • Expertise in list selection and processing (de-duping, managing opt-outs), campaign set-up testing, tracking/campaign analytics, and overall success management

  • Account-based/database marketing experience

  • Detail-oriented and process-minded to ensure campaign efficiency

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Some experience with marketing automation systems and CRMs; working to support direct selling as well as generating leads for sales reps

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills to timely complete projects
