Director of Product Marketing

ThriveHive is looking for an energetic and results driven product marketing leader to join our quickly growing Denver or Boston based teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and leading the Product Marketing team, you will play an integral role in connecting sales, marketing, partner marketing/BD, and our product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for all product positioning, growth strategy, messaging, sales enablement, and will partner with our go-to-market team on all initiatives. An ideal candidate will have experience across product, marketing, development, and a proven track record of unifying multiple teams to achieve common goals and meet deadlines.

The role will be an integral part of our product and go-to-market strategy, and help shape our overall roadmap. You’ll be responsible for developing team members, fostering collaboration, being a leader within the organization.   • Ownership of product marketing strategy and output
  • P&L management
  • Manage and build a team around a product qualified lead model
  • Product positioning across SaaS/Services, across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Go-to-marketing planning both internally and externally for new product launches
  • Manage relationship between product, marketing, and sales to minimize friction
  • Implement growth loops within a product qualified lead model
  • Work with channel partners to maximize lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate vision and roadmap internally and externally
  • Document core product features and produce product-focused content
  • Frequently talking to customers to learn about existing and new offerings
  • Work with design team to produce marketing and sales assets
  • Continue positioning ThriveHive as an industry leader in the SMB space
  • Working knowledge of where the SMB marketing is going
  • Understanding of ThriveHive’s core differentiation vs. competition


  • 10+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience-based management and organization skills
  • Data and analytics driven, with extreme attention to detail
  • Driven individual who will push the team on constant evolution and creativity
  • Understanding of how to tell clear and compelling stories under one focused brand mission
  • Proven Mar-Tech/SMB copywriting/content and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement strategy in a product qualified lead gen model
  • Experience with small and/or local businesses
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to executive team
  • Understanding of the SDLC and DevOps
  • Ability to attract and manage world class talent
  • Action-oriented and positive self-starter who naturally motivates those around you
