Across all of the data analyzed, overall average performance data was as follows:
- Clickthrough rate: 3%
- Cost per click: $5.55
- Conversion rate: 11%
- Cost per quality lead: $50
- Percent of conversions that were phone calls: 85%
- Percent of conversions that were online/form: 15%
