One of the best ways to accomplish this? By proofreading all of your content before you click “post!”
Spelling and grammar errors can be an instant turn off to an educated reader. Many will wonder how they can trust your level of expertise if you can’t be bothered to proofread a simple post. Furthermore, the impact of your post is lost when the only comments you receive are ones that point out spelling errors.
What could be more embarrassing as a company than to have fans and followers who are quick to point out that you used ‘there’ instead of ‘their?’
Here are some quick tips for effective proofreading:
Bottom line, it’s best to always go over your post several times to make sure that you’ve removed every grammar or syntax error. With these tips in mind, your posts will be greatly improved!
